With traffic congestion building daily in Grand Cayman, Chris Carpenter is laughing all the way to the Vehicle Licensing Office because he is now the proud owner of a Vespa scooter.

Mr Carpenter will be beating the traffic thanks to the Z99, Rooster 101 and Jacques Scott’s recent special Bailey’s “Smooth Ride” giveaway promotion. For every one litre bottle of Bailey’s Irish Cream sold in Jacques Scott stores for the duration of the event, a donation was given to the Cayman Islands Cancer Society “Women Helping Women” Fund and purchasers were entered into the prize draw.
