British, with Caymanian Status, Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978. After working with an international firm of accountants in London and Miami, he joined the Group as Financial Controller in 1983. He was appointed to the Board in 1984 with responsibility for all financial matters and also oversees business development. He has made a major contribution to the development of the Company’s wine business. He was appointed Joint Managing Director in 1999 and substantive Managing Director in January 2001. In 1987 he was appointed Honorary British Trade Correspondent in the Cayman Islands.
Nicholas Ward, Finance Director and Company Secretary

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1987 and has both public and private sector accounting experience at a senior level. He was appointed as Finance Director of a major South African shipping group in 1995 and joined the Jacques Scott Group on the 1st of May 2002.
Jamie Duncan, Manager, Food Division

Scottish with Caymanian Status. Trained in Scotland and obtained a City & Guilds Certificate in Catering at Kirkcaldy Technical College. He worked in the catering industry in Scotland and later for HM Ambassador in Washington DC, and HM Governors in Bermuda and Cayman. He joined the Group in 1992 as a food service sales representative. He now manages the Food Division for the Group.
Paul McLaughlin, Manager, Retail Division

A UK Citizen with Caymanian Status. Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands in 1992, Paul worked with Whitbread Brewing Co Ltd. for 13 years and was involved in their Licensed Premises Partnership Programme gaining extensive working knowledge of the restaurant and licensed trade. He joined the Group in 1995 as Sales Representative, became Manager of The Wine Cellar Wholesale portfolio in March 2000 and Retail Division Manager in September 2004.
Kenneth Tufo, President, Island Supply Co Ltd.

A US Citizen. Educated in New York. Entered the foodservice industry (purchasing) in New York and now has 30 years experience within the industry. Upon relocating to Florida in 1971, helped start equipment and supply division of Henry Lee Co, and developed their export business in the Caribbean. Began supplying customers in the Cayman Islands in 1972. Founded Island Supply Co Ltd. in 1987 and acted as President of the company up to its merger with Jacques Scott Group Ltd. in 1999.
Ludivene Dilbert,Personnel Manager

Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Business Administration) and spent twelve years working in banking in the United States of America, finally for seven years as Assistant to Comptroller with Mercantile Commerce Bank in St Louis, Mo. Ludivene joined the Group in 1978 as an accountant and in 1994 was promoted to Personnel Manager. She serves as auditor in her local church.
Ross D Phillips, Marketing Manager, Wine

Originally from California, spent three years working in the cellars and vineyards of top Bordeaux chateaux while studying oenology and viticulture. Has a well-rounded background in the wine trade holding positions as retailer, distributor and supplier of wines since 1987 in France, the US and the Caribbean. Joined the Group in December 2002. US/St Lucia Citizen.
Barnaby Richardson , Marketing Manager

A UK Citizen originally from London, Barnaby holds an Honours Degree in Marketing and has over twelve years experience in the beverage industry, most recently as Marketing Manager (responsible for new product development) at a well-known London brewery. Barnaby has worked with many recongized brands, including Diageo brands and Stella and Holsten Pils beers. He worked for Abbey Vale vineyards in Western Australia and studied viticulture at Perth University to broaden his knowledge.

Joined Island Supply Co Ltd. upon receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and, over the past seven years, has been instrumental in the growth and development of Island Supply Co Ltd’s purchasing office in Coral Springs, Florida. His responsibilities include purchasing, sourcing new products and vendors and developing sales in territories outside the Cayman Islands.

Chris began his career in the hotel and restaurant industry in the UK before taking up a position as Assistant Restaurant & Banquets Manager in Grand Cayman in 1987. He continued working in Cayman's restaurant industry for the next ten years culminating in owning and operating his own restaurant before joining Island Supply in April 1997. Spent five years in sales and, with his intimate knowledge of the restaurant industry, was instrumental in growing the on-island business before assuming the management of the Cayman office in 2003.
Clarence Bothwell, Operations Manager

Clarence joined the Group in 2004 after retiring from a 30-year career with Cable & Wireless where he was Manager responsible for the "External Works & Planning" department involving diverse operational tasks and a large staff complement. He is responsible for the management of the Group's warehouse and delivery functions, together with the security and maintenance of the Group's buildings and fleet.
