Can you ship to the United States?
No. Orders can only be delivered to locations on Grand Cayman.

Will I be charged in US Dollars or Cayman Island Dollars?
You will be charged in KYD or USD, depending on your selection. You can switch between currencies at any time using options in the menu bar.

We have Jacques Scott stores throughout the Cayman Islands. You can see our locations here.

How do I know that my order has been received?
When you place your order online, you will immediately receive an email thanking you for your order and an order confirmation number. Your order is transmitted directly to our secure servers, where it is processed by our dedicated sales associates during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
Should you not receive this confirmation email, your order probably has not been properly received and processed. In this unlikely event, please contact us by email (finewines@jacquesscott.com) or by telephone at (345) 949 0277.
All orders received via fax or mail are confirmed by email, telephone or return fax. If there are any problems with the fulfillment of your order, one of our representatives will contact you by telephone or email, advise you of the problem and have a fully acceptable solution.

What happens after I place my online order?
All orders will be confirmed by email or telephone with the customer, prior to delivery.
We attempt to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders for delivery placed online before 2pm will be delivered the same day.
If you need your order to be sent faster than this, please feel free to contact us and one of our representatives will attempt to help you in whatever way they can. We know how important it is for you to know when your order will arrive!

What security do you use on your website?
Our website ordering system interfaces directly with our point of sale system, which is located in our secure, state-of-the-art server room. All online purchases are secure and verified with TrustWave.

How does Jacques Scott prevent underage drinking?
Jacques Scott is committed to responsible alcohol use. To visit this site you must be 18 years or older. Jacques Scott enforces a strict ID checking policy on all purchases delivered or picked up from the store. No delivery will be made to persons under the age of 18 years.
