The Unique Advantages of Hard Cider

Naturally Made from Real Fruit – Hard cider is made from fermented apples, just like wine is made from fermented grapes. The taste will be influenced by the sugars, acids, and tannins associated with the choice of apple varieties.

Naturally Gluten-Free – If you’re looking for a tasty alcoholic alternative to other gluten-filled beverages, try cider. Unlike beer, which is made from grain, hard cider is made from fermented apple juice – no gluten included. You’ll enjoy an experience that parallels a quality ale without the gluten.

Naturally Lower Alcohol Content – Hard cider has a lower ABV than either wine or hard liquor. This choice is an excellent option for a moderate evening that doesn’t get out of hand.

Naturally Healthy – Hard cider provides antioxidants that prevent cardiovascular disease and cancer and Vitamin C that significantly boosts immunity.
