Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Seven Fathoms Rum
- 4 oz. ginger beer (think Crabbie’s or Goslings)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Mint for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare a rocks glass with ice.
- Add the rum, beer, and bitters.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with mint.
Ol’ Boy Blue
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Seven Fathoms Rum
- ½ oz. Governor’s Reserve Coconut Rum
- ¼ oz. Blue Curacao
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
Instructions:
- In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients.
- Shake thoroughly until chilled
- Strain over ice and serve.
