Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Hennessy Pure White Cognac
- 1 lime
- ¾ oz. pineapple brown sugar simple syrup*
- Ice
Instructions:
- Put a handful of ice in a serving glass.
- Add the simple syrup and the Cognac.
- Squeeze the lime’s juice over the ice.
- Stir gently.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup pineapple pieces
- 1 TBSP ginger
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, add all of the ingredients.
- Heat on medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is completely blended.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken.
- Take off of the heat.
- Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
