Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc, made in Marlborough, New Zealand, begins with the grapes in the vineyard, harvested and pressed at maturity. The cool climate produces a distinct flavor for an elegant wine result. The juice then undergoes a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation process and bottling.

The white wine has a light greenish yellow color with bright clarity.
