When you order online, some scheduling details could affect your plans, so we want to make sure that you understand our practices. First, for same-day delivery, make your online purchase by 2:00 in the afternoon. If you miss this deadline, you may pick up your order at our George Town location before we close at 7:00 pm, but be sure to give us an hour to process it.
Otherwise, we will deliver your bottles the following day that we open. We close on Sundays, so Saturday evening orders will not arrive before Monday. Plan accordingly.

IPA – India Pale Ale
IPAs come in three different styles: American, English, and Double (aka Imperial). The alcohol content ranges from 5.5% to 7.5%, and each style has its own particular character.
Experience the Caymans first-hand by choosing CayBrew Island Hopper IPA. This IPA is an easy drinker with a crisp, light body and low carbonation. It has a golden color, tropical fruit aromatics, and fruity, sweet flavors. The 5% ABV is lower than most IPAs as well.
Pilsner
Pilsner beer is a pale lager that’s been produced since 1842. This style of beer has hoppy aromatics and flavor and coloring that ranges from pale yellow to a light gold.
Miller Lite is a classic favorite pilsner beer. It’s a light lager with 4.2% ABV and a smooth, crisp flavor.
Stout
As the name suggests, stout beers pack a punch with 7-8% ABV, dark color, and strong flavors.
