We fulfill all online orders through the George Town location, so if customers need their purchases before we can deliver, they can pick them up at this store. The deadline for same-day delivery is 2:00 in the afternoon. All orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day, except for those made on late afternoon and early evening on Saturdays. Those orders will arrive Monday since we close on Sundays.

Do you know how to speak “drinks”? Vocabulary matters.
When guests ask for a drink, you need to understand their requests. For instance, neat means room temp, no ice while up refers to liquor that is shaken with ice and strained into a serving glass. Rocks equal ice. If a guest wants their drink over or on “the rocks,” he or she wants ice.
Other terms that you need to be familiar with include single, double, short, and tall. A single pour equals 1 ½ ounces, and a double is twice that at 3 ounces. A short drink arrives in a rocks glass with an equal ratio of mixer and liquor, and a tall arrives in a taller glass with a greater ratio of mixer to liquor for a less concentrated cocktail.

Follow this recipe to create a pitcher of mojitos for your gathering.
Pitcher of Mojitos
Ingredients:
- 5 limes, cut into halves of halves
- 30 mint leaves
- ½ cup sugar, plus 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 liter club soda
- Lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle the limes, mint, and sugar in a pitcher until the sugar starts to dissolve in the lime juice.
- Add the rum and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate.
- Before serving, pour in the club soda.
- Pour into ice-filled tall glasses.
- Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves.
