Before Your Make an Online Purchase
Online purchases completed by 2:00 pm will arrive at your doorstep, dock, or office the same day. Any products bought after this deadline will arrive the next day, except for orders placed after 2:00 Saturday afternoons. Our locations and delivery services are closed Sundays, so those orders will arrive Monday.
Should you need your purchase faster, you can pick it up. We process all online orders through the George Town location, so you can collect your purchase there before 7:00 pm closing. Simply allow one hour to fulfill your order.
The Choice of Ron Zacapa Rum
Ron Zacapa is available in three different varieties – Zacapa No. 23, Zacapa Edición Negra, and Zacapa XO.
In 1976, Zacapa Rum was created in honor of the centennial anniversary of the city of Zacapa, Guatemala being established.
Zacapa Rum’s creation is unique and results in a special spirit. A few features that make this rum special include:
- Virgin sugar cane base rather than molasses creates a smooth, sweet taste;
- Special sugar cane made distinct through the volcanic soil in which it’s grown;
- Special pineapple-derived yeast for fermentation;
- Aged in wooden barrels at a high altitude location in the mountains to draw out a deepness of flavor, color, body, and aroma;
- Sistema Solera System of aging to direct the development of various features;
- Bottled in Mixco and embellished by petate bands hand-woven by locals.

Rum Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Zacapa No. 23 Rum
- ¾ oz. pineapple juice
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- Coconut milk
- Sparkling water
- Pineapple slice
Instructions:
- Prepare a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the rum, juices, and simple syrup and shake thoroughly until chilled.
- Strain twice into a serving glass over ice.
- Froth coconut milk.
- Top up the serving glass with sparkling water and coconut froth.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
