With seven separate physical locations, Jacques Scott Wines & Spirits meets the alcohol-related needs of every district on Grand Cayman including Edgewater Way, Frank Sound, East End, West Bay, George Town, Savannah, and Seven Mile Island. Furthermore, if you shop our online store, we’ll deliver your purchase to any address on Grand Cayman.
If you need your order delivered the same day, make your purchase before 2:00 pm, or make arrangements to pick up your order at the George Town location before 7:00 pm closing. Otherwise, we will deliver the next day, except for Saturday purchases that will be delivered Monday since we completely close Sundays.

Crown Royal Deluxe
- 40% ABV, 80 Proof
- Aromatics – bold and deep, vanilla and fruity hints
- Taste – Smooth, creamy with woody and vanilla notes
- Finish – lengthy, lingering
Clementine & Ginger Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- Thick piece of a clementine
- 2 thin pieces of fresh ginger
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 dashes cocktail bitters
- 2 oz. Crown Royal Deluxe
- Ice
Instructions:
- Muddle the clementine, ginger, sugar, and bitters.
- Add the whiskey.
- Stir.
- Add ice and garnish with ginger.
Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye
- 45% ABV, 90 Proof
- Aromatics – cereal, light wood, baking spices
- Taste – gentle woodiness, butterscotch, vanilla, and soft pepper
- Finish – Creamy, smooth
King of Manhattan
- Ingredients:

- 1 ½ oz. Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye
- ½ oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes real bitters
- Orange twist or maraschino cherries for garnish

- Instructions:
- Combine the whiskey, vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass.
- Add ice. Stir well.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish as you please.
Crown Royal Black
- 45% ABV, 90 Proof
- Aromatics – rich wood and sweet maple
- Taste – creamy and smooth with notes of dried figs
- Finish – notes of bourbon and a long finish
Black Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Crown Royal Black
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Lemon wedge for garnish.
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake thoroughly until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass prepared with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Master Series
Crown Royal 23 Golden Apple – aged 23 years with the taste of golden delicious apples, vanilla, toasted oak, and cinnamon; best served neat or on the rocks.
Crown Royal Aged 18 Years – vanilla and stone fruit on the nose and light oak with caramel spice with a full-bodied finish.
Crown Royal XO – muted aromatics with vanilla, caramel, and light oak notes, taste of vanilla, spice, and dried fruit, and a medium, smooth finish with subtle spice and vanilla.
Crown Royal Reserve – less than 1% of Crown Royal aged whiskies qualify as Reserve. On the nose, this whiskey is deep and layered with apple and floral tones; in the mouth, the whiskey is smooth with clear woodiness, spiciness, and vanilla.
Crown Royal Barley Edition – blend made from 85% unmalted and 15% malted barley and aged for a 5 year minimum. Vanilla and green apple aromatics precede spicy, woody, and caramel flavors followed by a round and warm finish.
