The Botanist and Tonic with Grapefruit and Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • Tonic water
  • Rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Botanist gin into a serving glass filled with ice. (highball glass)
  2. Top with tonic water.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge.

The Botanist Bianco Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. The Botanist gin
  • 1 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 1 oz. Carpano Bianco
  • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine the gin, luxardo, and carpano in a mixing glass filled half full of ice.
  2. Stir until chilled.
  3. Strain over a single large cube of ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with orange peel.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ oz. The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • ½ oz. dry vermouth (chilled)
  • Lemon peel for garnish.

Instructions:

  1. Chill a serving glass.
  2. Prepare a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Add the gin and vermouth.
  4. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds.
  5. Remove the ice.
  6. Strain into a chilled glass.

  • 2 tsp. olive brine
