Eclipse Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 2 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse rum
- Ice
- Soda water
Instructions:
- Muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves in a glass.
- Add a handful of ice to the glass.
- Add the Mount Gay Eclipse rum.
- Stir.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
Black Barrel Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel rum
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 4 drops Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Single large ice cube
Instructions:
- Add the sugar and bitters to a tumbler glass.
- Add 2 tsp of the Black Barrel rum.
- Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the large ice cube and stir.
- Add the rest of the Black Barrel.
- Stir again.
- Pinch the orange peel above the glass to add the oil to the drink.
- Swipe the glass’s edge with the peel and throw the carcass in the glass.
