Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Remy Martin VSOP
- ⅓ oz. orgeat syrup
- ⅓ oz. verjus
- Ginger beer
- Ginger and black peppercorns
Instructions:
- Prepare a serving glass (tumbler) with ice.
- Add the cognac, syrup, and grape juice.
- Top with Ginger beer.
- Stir.
- Garnish with ginger and black peppercorns.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Remy Martin VSOP
- 3 oz. Cointreau
- 12 oz. Tempranillo
- 2 oz. lime juice
- 4 oz. orange juice
- Angostura bitters
- Simple syrup
- Sliced up fresh fruit
Instructions:
- In a pitcher, add ice followed by the cognac, cointreau, tempranillo, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and 8 dashes of bitters.
- Add fresh, sliced fruit.
- Refrigerate for two hours minimum.
- Serve chilled on ice.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Remy Martin 1738
- ⅓ oz. cointreau
- ⅓ oz. Heering cherry
- ⅓ oz. lemon juice
- Garnish – lemon wedge
Instructions:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake thoroughly.
- Double strain into a chilled serving glass (coupe).
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
- ¾ oz. evaporated milk
- ¾ oz. coconut cream
- ½ oz. sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon and nutmeg for dusting
Instructions:
- Add the cognac, milks, cream, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend to a smooth texture.
- Pour into an 8 oz. rocks glass.
- Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.
