Relax with Ron Zacapa Rum
Ron Zacapa Rum is a Guatemalan rum first crafted in honor of the centennial anniversary of the founding of the city for which the rum is made. Instead of molasses, Ron Zacapa is made from virgin sugar cane. The yeast is fermented from pineapples, and the rum is aged at a lofty elevation in a plethora of barrel types to add layers of flavor.

- Aged in barrels once used to age American whiskey, sherries, and Pedro Ximenex wines

Zacapa Harmony Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Zacapa No. 23
- ½ oz. red vermouth
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. hibiscus simple syrup (substitution of simple syrup works)
- Garnishes – mint sprig, lime wedge, berries
Instructions:
- Prepare a shaker with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker (other than garnishes).
- Shake thoroughly until chilled.
- Strain into a wine glass prepared with crushed ice.
- Garnish.
