Jack Daniel’s

American whiskey, commonly referred to as bourbon, contains at least 51% corn mash, matures in new and charred wood casks, and has 80% ABV at the highest. While technically a bourbon, Jack Daniel’s is a Tennessee whiskey, which means that it also meets those requirements.

Tennessee whiskeys must be produced in Tennessee, filtered through maple charcoal before aging, distilled from at least 51% corn, distilled to 80% ABV max, aged in new charred oak casks, barreled at 62.5% ABV max, and bottled at no less than 40% ABV. Come to Jacques Scott Wines & Spirits for Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 or Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire.

Jameson Irish Whiskey

Made from a barley and grain mash and then distilled in copper pots with caramel coloring and water, Irish whiskey is aged for at least three years in wood casks. This spirit has floral, spicy, and sweet aromatics; flavors of spice, vanilla, and nuts with smooth, sherry highlights; and a smooth, long finish.
