For an entry level Franciacorta (representing a blend of 75% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco and 10% Pinot Nero), the complexity is impressive. The mouthfeel is extra suave and smooth with a distant point of sweet fruit that rides long on the finish. Each bunch is selected by experienced eyes before visiting our “berry spa”, an exclusive bunch washing and jet spray system that incorporates three soaking vats and a drying tunnel.
