Crafted at The Shed Distillery, PJ used medieval copper pot stills in a quest to fuse eastern botanicals, fruits and herbs with local Irish plants. The result of his passionate exploration was Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin – This is a green tea that has been slowly dried, the delicate leaves then carefully rolled into shiny pellets. The flavour is bold and bright with a slight spicy freshness.
