Our Pinot Noir is particularly different from others because of its concentration, the result of the high number of light hours, the thermal amplitude and the type of soil. It is frequently used in the foundations of the best sparkling wines, while also producing very good red varietals. According to the different clones, its color ranges from ruby ??to deep red, preserving a good aromatic homogeneity of red and black fruits in which raspberry, blackberry, beets and earth stand out. In the mouth it has very elegant flavours.
