The 2004 vintage being generous and intense, the climate allowed a slow progression of growth resulting in intense and aromatic fruit. With its distinct aromas of sweet spice, stewed and candied fruits, this champagne has a rich and full mouthfeel, and accompanies delicate dishes such as scallops, or white fish perfectly.
