Bollinger Grande Annee Rose

2012 – A 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and making this extraordinarily unique, 5% Cote des Enfants still red wine, this carefully crafted blend went through a barrel fermentation after its 2012 harvesting. Along with the creamy texture of the bubbles, the inclusion of the red wine brings out flavours of black fruits which accompany lovely classic citrus notes.
