Bouchard Pere and Fils Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Cailles

This 2018 wine has deep red colour. The aromas are powerful and elegant with notes of cherry and blackberry as well as hints of cedar wood evolving towards gamey touches. It is beautiful balance between structure and softness on the palate. The long aftertaste is reminiscent of fruit syrups and mild spices.
