Domaine de l’Ile ros? will go perfectly with a warm goat’s cheese salad, lemon white fish or grilled lobster. It represents the light and the island breeze, with its lively, subtle and airy side.
In October 2019, the House of Chanel, already owner of the Ch?teaux Canon, Rauzan-S?gla and Berliquet becomes owner of the Domaine de l’Ile in Porquerolles. The 34 hectares of vines are planted in a small island paradise, out of sight, opposite the town of Hy?res. The wind and the sun bring their benefits to the Mediterranean vineyard, with scents of pine forest and eucalyptus. As a food and wine pairing, Domaine de l’Ile ros? will go perfectly with a warm goat’s cheese salad, lemon white fish or grilled lobster. It represents the light and the island breeze, with its lively, subtle and airy side.
