Influential winemaker Elena Walch has based her flagship wine on Chardonnay, which is co-fermenterd with the estate’s other varieties then barrel-aged. One of Italy’s best white wines, this combines nectarine, lemon and quince notes with hints of roasted hazelnut and glacial minerality.
