Eminence De Bijou (Coteaux De Beziers)

Éminence de Bijou is the top rosé from Bijou, crafted in the south of France from vineyards in the Coteaux de Béziers in Languedoc. It’s a Grenache-led blend with Cinsault and a touch of Rolle. The grapes are picked in the cool early morning and gently pressed, and part of the Grenache is fermented in French oak. The wine then rests on its fine lees for extra creaminess. Expect raspberry and redcurrant, a zesty citrus lift, and a subtle vanilla and spice note that lingers on the finish. It’s a rosé with real depth, made for the table: try it with grilled prawns, salmon, Mediterranean salads or spiced chicken.
