It is known for its intense, muscular character balanced by polished tannins and a long, complex finish with hints of lingonberry jam and fresh leather. The wine is a blend from the Pahlmeyer Estate Vineyard and Stagecoach Vineyard, aged in 89% new French oak barrels for 18 months.
