Pares Balta Ginesta

New vintage of this singular organic white wine produced by the winery Parés Baltà. Its vineyards are grown at 170-750 metres above sea level, thus providing a unique character to each of their wines. Parés Baltà Ginesta is a white wine from the D.O. Penedés made of Gewürztraminer grapes from a single estate (Finca Cal Rossel), located over 500 metres above sea level. After the extremely careful and selected grape harvest, it is fermented at 15o in stainless steel deposits for 16 days.
