Add to wishlist A gimlet is one of the simplest cocktails there is: spirit, lime, a touch of sugar. Post Meridiem Spirit Co. makes theirs with vodka instead of gin and adds lemongrass, which gives the lime a fragrant, almost Thai-kitchen lift.
Crisp, tart and aromatic, with a clean finish. Pour over ice into a coupe or rocks glass and add a lime wheel. Very good alongside anything with chilli, coriander or coconut.
At 100ml it’s a single serve. For the boat, the beach, a picnic, or the drink before dinner when nobody feels like mixing.
