From 60 year old vines on limestone soils, this is bone dry and with quivering lemon sherbet energy. Steely nose with hint of white flower, the fruit is concentrated yet it is the mineral – almost smokey – structure that leads the way. Very long and precise. Compared to Burgundy this quality is excellent value.
