Differently to Mezcal, Auscal applies the Galenical Method to extract the best from the Agave. After distillation, this agave spirit is then aged for 3 years in Australian whisky casks until burgeoning to its sublime maturity. From seedling to bottle, it took 14 years to make this bottle.
