Beluga Noble Vodka

Noble is the vodka that built Beluga’s reputation. It’s made from malt spirit and artesian water, filtered through quartz sand and silver, then rested for 30 days before bottling so the spirit settles and softens. A touch of honey, oat and milk thistle extract goes in at the end, which is where the gentle sweetness comes from.

Smooth and rounded, with a faint cereal note and a clean, cool finish. There’s no burn to hide, which is the point.

Serve from the freezer in a chilled glass, neat or with a twist. It makes a very good Martini and a better Vodka Tonic than most, and the bottle with its little sturgeon looks the part on a bar. Best consumed with caviar, as the label says.
