Château Cheval Blanc

The 2000 Château Cheval Blanc is a legendary, complex, and powerful Right Bank Bordeaux, showcasing deep garnet hues with intense aromas of black fruits(raspberries, blackberries, cassis) spice (vanilla, coconut, bay leaf, cedar), earth (truffle, tobacco, forest floor), and floral notes (violets), with a fresh, silky palate, firm yet refined tannins, bright acidity, and an exceptionally long, mineral-laced finish, considered a masterpiece with decades of aging potential, currently drinking spectacularly well.
