Dictador XO Perpetual Solera System Rum is crafted from virgin sugar cane juice, which is fermented and then distilled through an antique alembic copper still. Following distillation, the rum is solera aged through a series of casks that were previously used to mature bourbon. An aroma of butterscotch, toffee, espresso beans and milk chocolate that gives way to notes of tropical fruits and citrus on the palate.
