This Havana Club has been aged for three years in bourbon casks and then filtered, hence its colour. A classic rum and a key component of good, refreshing Daiquiri (or just about any rum cocktail). The nose is crisp and fresh with notes of marzipan, citrus, allspice, ground ginger, a little lime and gentle oak.
